Can I get my order rush shipped?
  If you require a specific delivery date, you should use air delivery options and let us know so we can accomodate your request. We can usually have the product delivered on the next day.
How do I place my order?
  Online: Use our easy to navigate and shopping cart to place your order online 24 hours a day. It’s simple and safe on our secure servers. There is a $35 minimum order amount.

Fax: Fax your order to 757-313-7007 and we will call to confirm the order. Use our fax order form from the web site for faster service. There is a $50 minimum order amount.

E-mail: E-mail the order information to  sales@virginiatoy.com, we will contact you to confirm the order. There is a $50 minimum order amount.

Phone Orders: Simply call the toll free order line 1-866-708-8697 to talk with our phone sales rep. There is a $50 minimum order amount.

Showroom: Visit our showroom to see the products first. You must schedule an appointment and there is a $100 minimum order required.
How long does it take to ship my order?
  Look at the delivery map below to show the estimated number of days for delivery. Ground shipping is not guaranteed. Orders are processed usually within 24-48 hours of receipt, but often earlier.

What is the cost for shipping?
  Cost of shipping depends on weight and distance of the package being shipped. The minimum charge is $7.95. Expedited (next day air, second day air, etc) will cost more. The exact charges can be determined in your online shopping cart before you check out. A basic rule of thumb is to expect about 15-25% of your order amount as a guide for ground shipping. This is just an estimate!
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
