What payment methods do you accept?
	We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for most transactions. COD’s are accepted with Certified Funds (such as a money order or certified check) unless a credit application is completed and approved. There is an extra charge for COD orders issued by the freight carriers. You also can elect to pre-pay for an order and should contact customer service for more information. Please call customer service to arrange special payment terms. Payment for this fee must be in form of certified funds (money order or cashier’s check). Each account will be allowed two returned checks, after which payment by check will no longer be accepted. A hold will be placed on the account affected until the returned check has been redeemed. If the returned check has not been redeemed within 10 business days, a late fee not in excess of 10% of the past due amount, or $250.00, whichever is less, will be added to the account.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged at the time of the sale unless other arrangements are made.
